This Privacy Policy explains how Saltz & Light LLC ("FitForgeFlow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FitForgeFlow application and website (together, the "Service").

Health and fitness data. To provide the Service, we collect the information you choose to log, including workouts, sets, reps, weights, body measurements, body type selection, activity level, headshots and body photos you upload, nutrition entries, and goals.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number — Stripe handles payment details directly under its own privacy and security practices.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use the app, including device type, app version, and general usage patterns, to help us maintain and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Track and display your workout history, progress, and goals
- Process subscription payments and manage your account
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
- Improve and develop new features
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We use third-party services — including Stripe for payments and standard cloud infrastructure for hosting — that process data on our behalf.

- Business transfers. If FitForgeFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Photos You Upload
Headshots and body progress photos you upload are stored to display within your own account and are not shared publicly or with other users unless you take an action that explicitly makes them visible to others.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Choices
You can access, update, or delete your account information through the app, or by contacting us directly. You may also request a copy of the data associated with your account.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
