Publisher and ownership

FitForgeFlow is published by Saltz & Light LLC, which also develops the FitForgeFlow workout application. Our articles support the same goal as the product: helping people train with less confusion and more consistency.

Editorial standards

FitForgeFlow publishes practical educational content for people building sustainable fitness habits. We aim for clear language, realistic recommendations, and accurate descriptions of exercises and training concepts. We do not invent professional credentials, testimonials, research findings, or results.

Our content is general education, not individualized medical care. Readers should use appropriate judgment and seek qualified professional guidance when a question involves health, injury, diagnosis, or treatment.

Authorship and review

Articles are published under the organizational byline FitForgeFlow. The byline identifies the responsible publisher and does not imply that an article was written or medically reviewed by a credentialed clinician, trainer, dietitian, or academic unless a future article explicitly and verifiably states otherwise.

Corrections

We correct material factual errors when they are identified. To report a possible error, email support@fitforgeflow.com with the article URL and a short description. Substantive updates may be reflected in the article's updated date when applicable.

Commercial disclosure

FitForgeFlow articles may link to the FitForgeFlow application because it is developed by the same company. That relationship is disclosed here and through the site's publisher identity. We do not rank recommendations based on undisclosed payment. If affiliate or sponsored relationships are introduced, they will be clearly disclosed where relevant.
